Cancellation Policy

To ensure patients can receive timely access to high-quality care, appointment cancellations and no-shows need to be kept to a minimum. There will be a $100 late-cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your procedure appointment. This fee is your responsibility and is not reimbursable by your insurance company. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your procedure appointment.

Financial Responsibility

It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid prior to services being provided. Accepted forms of payment include personal check and credit card. Payment may be made over the phone prior to your procedure or at check in at Broward Specialty Surgical Center. If you have questions at any time, let us know.

Questions About Your Bill

After you’re discharged, a statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance company has processed your claim. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by personal check or credit card.
